Easiest Shrimp Tacos Around

With school and lacrosse it can sometimes be difficult to come home after a long day and muster up the energy to cook a good meal for yourself. you'll find yourself eating bowl after bowl of ramen noodles or countless peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. But lucky for y'all my girlfriend Morgan found a super easy shrimp taco recipe that anyone can make and it takes just a few minutes to prepare.
This recipe will make about three or four tacos and the ingredients you'll need are as followed.

The Shrimp:
1/2 pound deveined and peeled medium shrimp
panko break crumbs
Cooking oil of your choice (we used vegetable oil)
2 eggs whisked
flour

The Slaw:
1/2 cup shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1 1/2 tablespoons mayo
The juice of 1 lime
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pinch of pepper
1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro

Cooking instructions:
to fry the shrimp you want to get a frying pan large enough to fry a good amount of shrimp at once and deep enough so your oil can almost cover your shrimp. The oil should be over medium heat and the oil should be hot before you start to fry your first shrimp. a good way i like to test to see of the oil is hot enough is to make a little ball of dough out of the breading you're using and use that as a test piece.
the shrimp should only take a minute or two or each side and should be placed on a plate lined with paper towels to soak up the exes oil from the shrimp. once all the shrimp are cooked set aside until ready to eat.
The slaw is very easy to make you simply add all of the ingredients into a bowl or vessel large enough to hold them and mix them together.

Serving:
I found the best way to serve these tacos was on warm flour or corn tortilla with a hefty spoonful of the slaw five or six shrimp with some lime juice to tie it all together.

These tacos are super easy to make and super tasty i recommend any and all folks that like shrimp tacos give these a try.
